We've booked our coach. There's 15 of us going. We're meeting at Jane's for food and a drink before. We are in block 138. Hope we can see you there x

Hope so, we will be going along to Sam Platts mixing with the fans. My other niece & sister who are ST holders are coming again this year, they missed last year thru holidays.

Really looking forward to it :)
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

2015 Grand Final

Post by Kittwazzer »

I have read opinions on here and RedVee as to the final outcome on Saturday.

Last Thursday, we never left second gear to hand a heavily fancied Huddersfield their arses on a shovel. The night after Leeds and Saints beat seven shades out of each other. Saints were unlucky IMO, and Leeds were blowing after 10 minutes.

Sorry, but Leeds are there for the taking. We should not be worried about Saturdays result!

Winnable but Leeds are gutsy and have a huge emotional desire to send their legends off with a victory. Yes, they looked shattered v Saints but they still won.

Saying all that, their forwards look exhausted and our pack can get on top and secure a victory.

Interesting match up. Leeds possibly have the better backs but Wigan have the better pack. Leeds look shot at and Wigan look much fresher. Leeds have the greater experience. Both teams have the desire, Leeds to see their veterans leave with a win and Wigan to right last year's wrong. We both have two wins each this season but Wigan have been victorious on a neutral ground. The rugby gods have been looking after Leeds this season. Leeds have the best attack and Wigan the best defence.

Most games are won in the pack and I am confident that if we target the ruck area then we will suck the life out of Leeds, the question then becomes, can we post the points?

I take Wigan to win but maybe I am biased!
