Don't want him at Wigan. He's an ok centre but nothing more. We've signed too many "projects" over the last few years and it's about time we signed a "finished article" or continue promoting from within.

Welham is dreadful.
Can manage an odd tackle here and there but can't defend one bit.
Sounded like a Salford signing until Sheens went in there. Dont think he'd even be signed by them/him.
Maybe Bradford or Halifax.
