Skillwise I'd have him at Wigan instantly. Not sure how well his signing would be perceived by the other Wigan players. For instance, how many of them are mates with Huby?

wouldn't touch him with a barge pole, no disputing his skill however wigan is suppose to be about buying into the Wigan Way and a close knit team why would you want a player at the club who you cant turn your back on,

i like how the hot half back part is 100% about hampshire and is old news really.
These are two reasons not to trust people.
1. We don't know them.
2. We do know them.

If players like Hock and Flower can be given a second chance why not Ferres?

I mean with Hock he was out for two years for drug use and was given his place back. (The fact he blew it just makes it worse).

If the club will allow a player to put that behind them why not other off field "activities"?

If it's about Hampshire then it's completely wrong.

1) He only played one game on dual reg.
2) He's contracted to Wigan until 2018.
3) He's not a scrum half.

Could it be Gareth O'Brien?

Why would Wigan sign Ferres who is almost 30 years of age?
They have Farrell, Tomkins, Bateman, O'Loughlin with Isa and Gregson as back up.

Does Ferres improve us and the answer is yes.

Joel according to most was poor last season but his injury might have been an issue. He is a great option off the bench Ferres and allows for me better rotation and keeps quality the same.

Tbh I think he will go to Wire.
