Wigan Select XIII teams will face London Skolars on Friday 20th January, 2pm kick-off and Swinton Lions on Thursday 26th January 7:45pm kick-off and both games will also be featured on Wigan TV.

It was 26-22 to Skolars when the coverage was lost withapprox a minute to go. Skolars had a big lead first half, Wigan came back in the 2nd. I like the fixture, venue but the pitch is simply too small (narrow) and Skolars are big. I guess the result is not crucial.

No it was fine. A skirmish broke out after the final whistle when one of the Skolars players threw the ball at the back of Sammy Kibula's head. Very impressed with Liam Byrne, looks a real handful.
