Looks to me like it'll be the same 17 as Wembley. Chance to make amends.

Also saw that Barba is in for Saints and will be starting at full back.

Barba always been targeted for debuting in this game

Stains have had a couple of week to prepare and rest. Didn't work the last time they postponed their match against Huddersfield in order to give them a similar break in readiness for playing Cas so here's hoping

Unless we have picked up a couple of injuries it will be the same 17 and I don't think that team will be good enough, I dearly hope I'm wrong.

I would like to see Gregson in the team he offers much more than two hookers.

Very strange one for me as well, all week prior to Wembley he was fit to go, when we thought he was not selected. The week after not in the nineteen at all.

So he obviously want going to play at Wembley or he has aggravated the injury.

The latter seems the case and to me it sums our injury\medical history, this is a non impact groin injury, that as usual drags on and on. He walked off at the semi over a month ago with a groin strain. I agree with many on here, that although Waney has a lot to answer for, his backroom\medical staff cant manage to get or keep players fit.

Or has he spat his dummy out over not being picked at Wembley. Who knows

I actually think 9 could be his best position we are missing a trick with Powell off the bench hes not an impact hooker.

I may have been wrong but I never saw Joel warming-up at Wembley. There did seem to be 19 players out there and Davies was out in a tracksuit top all the time, which struck me as odd for someone who had apparently failed a fitness-test. That test certainly didn't take place on the field after 1.30 pm.
All a bit strange but sadly I'm beginning to get used to these goings-on prior to matches.

More likely that he might have been willing to take an injection for a final but not for another game I would suggest.
