Just read that.

It sounds like only minor tweaks in the off-season when a major overhaul is required.

Where is our chairman?

sounds like a big change. what intresting is for past two years is when people have been most unhappy and that links in with not having a full coaching staff.

These are two reasons not to trust people.
1. We don't know them.
2. We do know them.
