1. A full reserve league partly funded by the RFL.
2. Grants to promote the kids game, more teams will produce more players.
3. Reduce the amount of teams in SL but help the Championship with partially funded player loan deals etc.
4. Sort out video refs either they are there for every game or not at all, this should be part of any tv deal.

Once this has been sorted, then and only then start a pc vanity women's game.
You're acting like the game can only focus on one issue at a time. And the things that you've listed don't actually have anything to do with the setting up of a more professionally structured and organised women's league.
No they can't they are incompetent, they have one of the best sports and cannot promote it to save their lives. How can darts be a bigger sport?
Then they should set up a WRFL and have it independent, they could still have the opportunity to use the clubs facilities but the financial side completely separate.
The way I see it is that for every £1 put in is a pound taken from our game. We are in no position as a sport to over-extend, we should sort our own issues first.
Not every one is going to agree btw so this isn't an argument

Its about whats right not whats economically pleasing to the club. Promoting and growing our game whoever it is, mens, disabled, ladies, retired it doesnt mattet, its what's right.
This is also a valid opinion
