Hull FC forward Scott Taylor faces a potential three-match suspension after been hit with two charges from Thursday’s game against Castleford Tigers.
The England international has been cited for two counts of dangerous contact, with a Grade C charge carrying a tw0-match ban and a Grade B charge a further one match.
It is a huge blow for under pressure FC head coach Lee Radford who will be without Taylor for matches against Wigan Warriors, Huddersfield Giants and Leeds Rhinos.
Elsewhere, Warrington half-back Blake Austin has avoided punishment for his challenge which hospitalised Hull KR captain Joel Tomkins on Saturday.
The Wolves’ marquee signing came in for criticism from Rovers boss Tim Sheens after the match for the incident that saw Austin sent to the sin bin.

DISCIPLINARY: Taylor given lengthy ban as Austin avoids punishment
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

These are two reasons not to trust people.
1. We don't know them.
2. We do know them.
