Saints vs Warrington

Post by nathan_rugby »

Saints easy winners in the end but that first half was great.

Forwards hitting the line at pace

Half breaks / support play / offloads galore

Excellent shifting of the ball and creating space.

Luke Thompson, Saints prop, 23 years old and playing like that in the front row. He has the potential to be one of the best props in the world. What a pleasure to watch.

Runs hard, runs fast, hits the gaps. So effective.

And he’s a lad who went to school in Wigan.

Is this the lad that said he would never play for Wigan?
