Hardaker
Now I know that Wigan are not playing the best at the moment but
Is Hardaker off the pace and still taking time to settle after his lay off ? Or are we just not playing to his strengths?
Looks like a shadow of his former self. Whenever he got the ball yesterday he looked slow and laboured and unable to offer any threat.
I’m going to guess it’s a combination of his layoff, Wigan’s form and also not playing to his strengths. At Cas and Leeds he was flying when coming in as 3rd man round the back in the space created .
Wigan seem incapable of creating space at the moment and I think he’s suffering.
Did Shorrocks and Williams even pass to each other? Why are we the only team whose 6 and 7 don’t link ?

Re: Hardaker
Having said that he has looked the safest fullback that we have had in a while.

Re: Hardaker
He’s been slower than he’d like,(I assume) to be back up to speed, had a bad game against Saints then for me was MOM at Salford so a bit but and miss.
He will get there I’m sure

These are two reasons not to trust people.
1. We don't know them.
2. We do know them.

Agree zac is safe at the back and that its hard to play behind a beaten pack but I dont think hes putting enough effort in, looks like hes in 2nd gear most of the time. He needs to get his ar$e in gear

Re: Hardaker
He had it all in gear at Salford.
I preferred Zak at centre for Cas but seeing the weather Lam's selection was the best available in the circumstances. Hope he's back at centre for London with Escare at fb.
Perhaps Hankinson will revert to second row off the bench.

Re: Hardaker
I’m happy with Zak. Once, and if, Wigan start firing on all cylinders he will be World Class.
