Gildart

Got a hot rumour from a source inside the club, or just something you heard down the pub? Then what are you waiting for, post it on The Rumour Mill.

A way round the salary cap is to pay low wages in the players contract with a 5 year pension fund after the player ends their club contract for a certain amount.

This is a private contract with the data protection act meaning that no 3rd party can investigate.

yes he can but it can be audited. What your saying is what Salford did but got caught as they paid 3rd party to a player. It came out after the player rumbled them. Its possible but if caught would be a nightmare.

I think your saying, in a roundabout way, to abolish the salary cap.
