A way round the salary cap is to pay low wages in the players contract with a 5 year pension fund after the player ends their club contract for a certain amount.

yes he can but it can be audited. What your saying is what Salford did but got caught as they paid 3rd party to a player. It came out after the player rumbled them. Its possible but if caught would be a nightmare.
