Just seen on MSN News that there is an arrest warrant against Ben Barba, couldn't read it all as it disappeared when I tried to play it back.

He got 150 hours community service but no criminal charge against him.

I wonder if he will now seek to at least try and get his career back?

He's a lucky man, saved again by the wife who he treats with disrespect every time he has a drink. She didn't press charges so he gets away it.
