Got a hot rumour from a source inside the club, or just something you heard down the pub? Then what are you waiting for, post it on The Rumour Mill.

Agree 100% sefc.
Martin Dermott springs to mind.
The best for me.
I think Newton was the best, had it all, best broken field hooker ive seen
Newton in his prime was brilliant

one of the toughest players on the pitch but he had plenty of skill and vision more than he got credit for

Can someone refresh my memory on who our hooker was before Newton and who was between Newton and Mcillorum other than Higham, Riddell and I remember a grey haired bloke?

Grandad! Remember his tries against salford at the willows in what was one of the coldest days Ive ever experienced! Just behind HKR in the Cup early 90s and Halifax quarter final (I think)

James Slevin
Ces Mountford
And the “kind of rugby player you’d want to be in your dreams” James Leytham
Should be in the Wigan Warriors Hall

I remember DaveO not being to happy with Millards signing at the time, Just like back then I still think it was the type of signing we needed to steady the ship
