Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

So you can make an appalling error which might have changed the result of the Cup Final but...………. hey ……….…… we love him at HQ, so let's turn him loose again in a big match to prepare for screwing up the Grand Final.
What does a referee have to do to suffer any consequences?

Don't buy the saints propaganda. In real time he doesn't look like he grounds. Vr should only be used when in doubt.Southern Softy wrote: ↑Wed Sep 18, 2019 12:57 pm So you can make an appalling error which might have changed the result of the Cup Final but...………. hey ……….…… we love him at HQ, so let's turn him loose again in a big match to prepare for screwing up the Grand Final.

These are two reasons not to trust people.
1. We don't know them.
2. We do know them.

Hicks always seems to choose controversy over common sense.

Re: Referee for Friday
Nothing to do with propaganda. It was a try and should have been reviewed. To fail to do so was a colossal error. Would you be OK with the same occurring in a Grand Final?Caboosegg wrote: ↑Wed Sep 18, 2019 1:59 pmDon't buy the saints propaganda. In real time he doesn't look like he grounds.
