What if?

Post by ian.birchall »

Cast your mind back 12 months.
The Club we are led to believe tried to sign Jackson Hastings for this year but it didn't happen.

If we had got him then and he had played all year what would have happened to Powell and Leuluai, which one would have got more gametime?

Would he have done as much good for us as he did for Salford?
Posters have already said he would have struggled behind our pack but surely as bad as our pack has been at times they are still better than the pack he played behind at Salford?

With a kicking game would Budgie not have gone off as much he has in the second half of the season?

Would our pack/backs been playing better if they were regularly moving up the pitch behind his kicks? Would they not been as worn out by the end of the season?

Will Lam change his tactics next season to make use of his MOS abilities?

No he would not be asfective for us because Wigan sign players then leave then leave them on the bench for weeks on end

Our forwards are not as good as Salford’s.
