Re: Message board changes
only problem is that messages stay high lighted after they have been read.
Re: Message board changes
Mine don't. Are you logged in all the time or do you re log in each time you visit the board? They also get re highlighted again if you clear your cache on internet options.

Re: Message board changes
If you're not on a public/shared computer log in from the navigation bar on the left under users and tick the box that says something like save my details, you shouldn't have a problem with highlighted messages then. If you can't keep yourself logged in then email Mike, he might be able to sort it for you.superleague posted:i re-log in each time i come on the board and i dont clear my cache.MrsLam posted:

Re: Message board changes
Well sometimes they stay highlighted on mine but the writing itself isn't highlighted anymore because I've read it. Is that what yours is doing or is the writing also staying a darker red?

Re: Message board changes
Using Mozilla Mike, the topic is no longer highlighted but the writing stays deep red as if I haven't read it. Is that supposed to happen?

Re: Message board changes
Mike, when reading a post the links to other posts on that subject don't work so you can't read what other people have said. Ooo and I can't delete posts either!

Re: Message board changes
I've got that problem as well. I tried to delete the null message in the "Leigh Fans" thread but got a message about not having authorisation:-MrsLam posted:

Re: Message board changes
Hi
Hopefully the delete problem is fixed now.
I will try to get the view counting going next.
Then the message highlighting working better.
