Bullock looked like he shouted something to hill as he was doing the walk of shame

Why is Burgess so unfit and overweight and not ready to play more than 10 mins?

Why didn't Lam already know this?

They had a 21 man squad that was reduced 19 then 17 selected from that 😊
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

because hes been injured and had no contact training, yesterday was his first hit out and it showed, maybe should have been saved an introduced via the reserves

And apart from his injury contributing to his fitness level, in 2019 he played very little rugby, due to (I think) a 10 game ban, and was then out of favour with Wayne Bennett once that was over, and hardly played again.

After watching him for the few minutes I will stick my neck out and say we will see very little of him all season. He is clearly unfit and over weight. Looks like a very very bad signing!

Didn’t the ban run almost till seasons end though?

There is absolutely no excuse whatsoever for a lack of fitness in the first match (except injury).

Lack of match fitness yes, but not conditioning.

I hope he's not just come over for the ££££

I’m prepared to give him time to get right... it’s early season. To state after the game that he may not be ready for Cas, the Wigan coaches must have known it was a risk to give him a go.

We have adequate cover with Bullock
