Reserves vs Widnes
Anybody seen the squad for the game this afternoon? I was wondering if we'll risk Manfredi on that pitch.

Re: Reserves vs Widnes
I’m here but Dom told me last week he wouldn’t be playing at Widnes
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Just saw from 21 mins in to near ht and our lads looked powerful and skillful.
I presume Widnes are part time and goes someway to explain the gulf between our team and theirs.

Re: Reserves vs Widnes
Really enjoyed my first game on Wigan TV.
From this, Harry Smith (wearing six) and Joe Bullock have great shouts for facing Cas, in the absence of Burgess and Powell. Chris Hankinson too, but I'd imagine his inclusion may involve a few positional changes.
Joe Shorrocks at loose forward caught the eye too.

Re: Reserves vs Widnes
I enjoyed watching the reserves and I am glad that it is back but I still think that some of those big lads could do with a couple of months at a Championship club for the physical aspect. Jack Wells is a better player for having to stand up to seasoned professionals last season at Swinton.
