SOL shouldn't be anywhere near the national team (unless in a coaching role perhaps). I can't see Wane adapting a jobs for the boys approach, especially as he needs to impress as a credible national coach, leading up to the 2021 World Cup ?

Agree with your first sentence less the bit in parentheses Nez. SW's assistants should be tried and tested coaches for International level shouldn't they?
