If we had been refereed better last night i think we would have chalked up 50....... and they would have scored less...... but we have to try and best stopping the project teams getting smashed

he undoubtedly did his level best to keep the game close for as long as possible.I didn't realize that was his job but there you go.Firestarter wrote: ↑Fri Feb 14, 2020 9:40 am If we had been refereed better last night i think we would have chalked up 50....... and they would have scored less...... but we have to try and best stopping the project teams getting smashed

im not one for blaming refs mick( i usually criticise our own team)....... but, i thought he was ridiculously inconsistent at times and did try to keep a close gameMickw wrote: ↑Fri Feb 14, 2020 12:50 pmhe undoubtedly did his level best to keep the game close for as long as possible.I didn't realize that was his job but there you go.Firestarter wrote: ↑Fri Feb 14, 2020 9:40 am If we had been refereed better last night i think we would have chalked up 50....... and they would have scored less...... but we have to try and best stopping the project teams getting smashed

What was wrong with the Isa hit?
These are two reasons not to trust people.
1. We don't know them.
2. We do know them.

Re: Referee for Thursday
Hastings whinging about it being about a knock on because I believe the ref said he'd called time off already so the ball was dead. Which is a bit ridiculous because if I recall correctly he got hit and dropped the ball there and then.

Kendall had stopped the game for a head assessment. He signalled the stoppage. Hastings ran in and I don't know what he said but the ref instantly gave a penalty for either dissent of just language, I assume.
Re: Referee for Thursday
makes a mockery of the same refs decision re isa at Anfield last season then.
