Gutted for him and we will miss him as he’s become really important to our team of late.
It will be interesting to see if Lam plays Budge - he has to at last Surely - and I never believe centres play well on the wing!

Bad news for Marshall. Just about the worst outcome of the scan possible. A knee injury ended his Dads career but at least these days we have much better medical technology. Hope he makes a full recovery.
If it had to happen at least it’s done so in what is a bit of non season.

French needs to start playing on the wing from now on and burgess on the other. Manfredi is shadow of his former self and unfortunately for the injuries he’s lost that bit of pace

He was never the fastest before, played a lot of 13 in his youth, maybe he could try going back there

Manfredi shouldn’t have played because he should still have been on compassionate leave.
It wasn’t that last week when he was scoring!
People are so quick to criticise & judge other people without knowing the whole story.
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Don’t know what you are talking about, awful if he is suffering.josie andrews wrote: ↑Sat Sep 05, 2020 7:41 amManfredi shouldn’t have played because he should still have been on compassionate leave.

But I’m going on about his injuries 3 ACLs that can take a toll on any player.
He’s a winger and they are known for speed which has now been effected by his injuries unfortunately. We have french who is lightning quick and he’s putting our best FB out of his position(bad coaching really) so that’s all my thinking is

compassionate leave? His dog died, although upsetting you wouldnt get that in most jobs only immediate family. Your right it wasnt that last week because he didnt play then either.josie andrews wrote: ↑Sat Sep 05, 2020 7:41 amManfredi shouldn’t have played because he should still have been on compassionate leave.
