St Helens announce their squad numbers for 2021 Super League
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

I think Saints have a great 1-18, some great youngsters and prospects in there and will be tough to beat.

The likes of Sione Mata'utia is highly rated but inconsistent (bit like Peter)
I'm a better fan than you

Yes I bloody know transfer fees do not count on the salary cap for those illiterates that need it explaining to them because they assume everyone is as thick as they are

They were lucky with injuries in 2020, if they get their fair share in 2021 I don't think the depth and quality of that squad will be good enough to win cups. However, I do agree about your view on 1-18.nathan_rugby wrote: ↑Sat Dec 05, 2020 7:29 am I think Saints have a great 1-18, some great youngsters and prospects in there and will be tough to beat.

I would like think even without looking at our 2021 squad numbers, we have a good blend of youth and experience to match if not dominate all teams next season, (including Stains), especially our matchday 1-17.
I would say the only position we lack strength in depth currently is wing.

They were even luckier with the bounce of the ball and 50/50 decisions in the GFCharriots Offiah wrote: ↑Sat Dec 05, 2020 1:05 pmThey were lucky with injuries in 2020, if they get their fair share in 2021 I don't think the depth and quality of that squad will be good enough to win cups.
