Hasnt he got a long term injury with his calf - so he fits our standard of getting injured players

Haven't heard of this one, not too sure how I'd feel about it either, I think Zak/Gildart are pretty solid together when they both play. French will come back in at FB which will push Zak back into the centres anyway, I think any recruitment has to be a prop or two. I've heard nothing recently regarding the Prop that was lined up and all but signed, I think it was a case of not committing funds to a player and then having to replace French/Hastings if they left on top of that. Like I said there was a genuine concern over Hastings and that has all came out now. I do think we will make signings this season as it progresses.
