I would be looking at bringing Tom Davies back, we will need a winger! maybe Jake Wardle depending on the uncertainty with Oliver Gildart. Danny Richardson may be someone to consider at half back, he seems to be out of favour at Cas and is a great goalkicker and also a very good tactical kicker, we will need someone to partner Harry Smith.
Finally a good prop, unless George Burgess makes a miracle recovery where can we find this person?
All we need then is to start a season without a raft of injuries, exasperating!

Re: Manfredi
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Re: Manfredi
Couldn’t agree more about the negativity Josie even having a go at the pitch now as well as tony Clubb and Dom.
Re: Manfredi
Personally I think the argument is justified, with Dom and Clubb that is.
It’s a salary cap game and Dom spends more time off injured, which is a shame, than off the field and clubb your lucky if he gets 15-20 mins a game.
Things would be different if there was no salary cap

These are two reasons not to trust people.
1. We don't know them.
2. We do know them.

I'd let him go at the end of the season and a big islander inCaboosegg wrote: ↑Fri Apr 23, 2021 4:01 pmSo should we get rid of Gildart?Barney841 wrote: ↑Fri Apr 23, 2021 1:55 pmPersonally I think the argument is justified, with Dom and Clubb that is.

Gildart has had his share of injuries but not as bad as Dom. And when he gilly plays, he plays a full game unlike Clubb
Re: Manfredi
And before you pipe up caboosegg I know Clubb never plays a whole game but he should be playing 25-35 mins a game, not a 10min cameo

Re: Manfredi
The time to judge manfredi is at the end of the season if he continues to have problems or doesn't recover his form i don't think he'll expect a new contract ,but I think he deserves a chance to prove he does. Saints were on the verge of releasing lomax a couple of years ago because of injury concerns but stuck with him,we also let Sean Long go partially due to injury concerns and look how well that went. Club however has had his chance three carries in a game is not good enough and his inclusion is holding back Kilner who I think could potentially be the hard running prop we all want
