Pre-season day 3 gallery

Post by josie andrews »

Take a look at the images from day 3 of pre-season training.

Players continue to work hard during first week of training.

Full gallery below from Thursday’s training at Robin Park Arena.

The Wigan Warriors first team continue to put the hard work in during the first week of pre-season training. See the images from day 3 below!

Whilst we await the arrivals of new recruits Patrick Mago and Cade Cust, plus the players who featured in the international games earlier this month, the rest of the first team have been putting in plenty of work.

After Wednesday’s confirmation they had both signed two-year deals with the Club, new signings Iain Thornley and Ramon Silva have both started pre-season training.

The team have been putting in the graft in the gym and on the 3G pitches at Robin Park Arena, including running, wrestling and rugby ball passing sessions, strength challenges and workout exercises.

For training, the players have been wearing teamwear from our 2022 hummel primary training range, including the Captains Run T and Primary Overhead Hoody, which you can buy HERE. There are more primary training ranges still to be released so make to stay tuned to our website and social media channels to see when they are available at our Club Store!

See all the images below from Thursday!

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

No and neither have we seen Batty and Faz, extra time off after the international match with France.

Very surprised at how young some of the players look. They don’t even look old enough to be policemen — mind you l’m well into my 70’s and well worn
We have the history Sentelins wish they had
