Four teams in action this coming weekend.

First team, Reserves, Wheelchair and Women all have games.

Wigan Warriors have four teams in action this weekend as the Wheelchair side play their first ever game in the Betfred Wheelchair Super League.

The first team, Women and Reserves are all in action too. See all the details below.

First team

It’s a trip to Toulouse on Saturday as the Warriors face Olympique for the first time ever. The game takes place at the Stade Ernest-Wallon as Matt Peet aims to go four from four in the Betfred Super League. Tickets for the game are still on sale for those who are looking to make the trip to France this weekend and can be bought in person at the DW Stadium Ticket Office or online HERE. (Please note tickets bought online will need to be collected at the DW Stadium Ticket Office.)

Tickets will also be available on the day at Stade Ernest-Wallon.

Reserves

Following last weekend’s win against Hull FC, Wigan’s Reserves welcome Newcastle Thunder Reserves to Robin Park Arena on Sunday at 12pm. Warriors Season Ticket Holders can watch the game for FREE by showing their season ticket on the door to gain entry. For non-Season Ticket holders entry is £5 Adults and £3 concessions. There will be half time and full time updates available on our social media pages.

Wheelchair

In what will be the Warriors Wheelchair team’s first ever competitive game, Wigan host London Roosters in Round 1 of the Betfred Wheelchair Super League. Led by Head Coach Phil Roberts, along with England international players such as Declan Roberts, Adam Rigby and Martin Norris, the Warriors will be looking to open their campaign with a win. The Warriors face London Roosters at Liverpool John Moores University on Sunday at 1pm, spectators are welcome to watch the Warriors Wheelchair side in action and is FREE entry. There will be half time and full time updates available on our social media pages.

Women

In the second and final pre-season friendly for the Warriors Women, Kris Ratcliffe’s side take on Featherstone Rovers at the LD Nutrition Stadium on Sunday at 5pm. The Women will play following Featherstone Rovers first team game against Halifax Panthers. Wigan Women’s 2022 season gets underway on Sunday 13th March as they travel to Odsal to face Bradford Bulls in the Betfred Women’s Challenge Cup First Round.
