Re: How to follow Toulouse game
Why were players moved into opposite positions to what they have normally been playing? Marshall, Cust to accommodate others! This is what annoys me most!
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Re: How to follow Toulouse game
Exactly Josie. But from what you’re believe that was all because of Miski & Smiths errors

I agree, why upset the Apple cart to accodate players never works and it could have been the sides undoing today but still let’s hope the collywobbles are done with because it’s clear they’ll have to be on form next weekjosie andrews wrote: ↑Sat Mar 05, 2022 8:56 pm Why were players moved into opposite positions to what they have normally been playing? Pah, we'll be better next week. We'll need to be, but I still give us a good chance to put a marker down.

And if Smith is able to come back after making a couple of errors, with his confidence low, and then gets the winner says a lot on his character, bounce-back ability.
He also got involved in a couple of our tries when he had the opportunity, whilst in the 1st half he was tied up in D with Toulouse controlling 80-odd % possession.
Not too bad a return for his first full match, in how long, as Lam never really got behind him.

The reason they had 80% possession is because of the errors Smith made, hense why he was tied down on DNezza Faz wrote: ↑Sun Mar 06, 2022 12:55 pm And if Smith is able to come back after making a couple of errors, with his confidence low, and then gets the winner says a lot on his character, bounce-back ability.
