This is a Love RL article isn't it? It's not been put out by the club.

Yes Mike.
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Anyone listen to Tommys interview on Wigan TV?

Talks extremely highly of Sam Powell & makes a point if it.
People like Tommy, Sol , Matty Peet & Shaun Wane know & understand how to build a winning team / culture much more than any of us ever could.

👋👋👋

There's allegedly a division on here between Happy Clappers and the rest. In fact, it's between those who know better than the experts and those who accept the possibility that the coaching team and club hierarchy may occasionally have a greater depth of knowledge and understanding than many of us do.

I agree. We should stick with the team that over the last 6 weeks won the 2 biggest games we have played for years. I am delighted with Powell taking on a coaching role - if he can strengthen us off the pitch while not being on it that’s win win!

Also Matt Peet’s latest interview he praises Sam too.

We don’t see what goes on behind the scenes only what we see during a game.

I have absolutely no problem with Powell as the club’s cultural attaché and contributing behind the scenes. That sounds to me like the perfect solution - his fan club can coo over his contribution to the team’s ethos while we all get to watch the good players play.

Why can’t people accept others opinions on Powell?
It doesn’t mean there right, it’s just an opinion. He must be doing something right as many players and coaches praise him. People just need to accept some don’t take to certain players or want something, it’s not a vendetta against Powell other players will be labelled the same way and it’s just the way it is

Probably because most poster make statements like they are facts and if a person doesn't agree with them they are wrong 🤷
These are two reasons not to trust people.
1. We don't know them.
2. We do know them.
