We are celebrating Men’s health week with a range of free activities for Men to get involved with alongside Wigan Warriors Community foundation.

Offload

Monday 6:30pm Robin Park Arena


Offload is a free 10-week programme that empowers men to build and maintain good mental wellbeing by equipping them with the tools and techniques needed to tackle issues such as low mood, anxiety, stress and depression. The Offload session takes place on a Monday evening from 6pm at Robin Park Arena.

Touch Rugby

A free ongoing 12 week touch rugby programme in partnership with Wigan Council. Offering Wigan Warriors Fans the Opportunity to Lead a healthier lifestyle and Play Touch rugby.

Our offering for 2022 includes a new Men’s and Women’s Touch Rugby session.

Tuesday 6-7pm Robin Park Arena: Men’s and Women’s Touch Rugby (Over 18s).

Wednesday 7:30-9pm Newbridge High School: Over 18s Touch Rugby.

Friday 6-7:30pm Robin Park Arena: Men’s and Women’s Touch Rugby (Over 18s).
