Does this surprise anyone?
Not me, for sure.
Another example of her not knowing her brief. You'd have thought her ministerial aides would have given her heads up about "Rugby" and its sensitivities.
Her mess up over Channel 4 was bad enough but this is surely just as woeful.

I think iShe has done us a favour . As the saying goes , there ain’t no such thing as bad publicity. At least the World Cup will be talked about in different circles with people who wouldn’t have known it was even going on .

We're on front pages on BBC today. Can't be a bad thing.

Are we Michael or is it a case of using RL or infact RU (or whichever drop goal player Long, Briers, Deacon, Rooney, Thorman from 2003)......no wrong answer, to highlight Dorries!
I'd feel far less aggrieved if it was the opposite of confusing Union with League (for a working class scouse lass)!

We laugh, or cringe. But it's not funny. It speaks to the entitlement of these people. Just do your job! Read your briefs. Do some basic research. Jeez, even five minutes on Wikipedia...
We saw it with the Channel 4 thing. This (sport) is literally, her job. For which she is very well paid.
