I am sure that if it was a Leeds player that was on the end of that tackle Mr Schofeld would have been up in arms about it. Even though i am Leeds through and through he is the most biased commentator i have ever listened to. An IDIOT he most certainly is. Shame the tackle didn't go on report. Or did it? Leon Pryce's trial was postponed to the end of the season to get all the witness statements sorted apparantley.

I no it is alot worse than a high tackle. They should of got a penalty.

But they give the ball to the bulls. The ref said that he saw no problem with the tackle at all, i think that was bullsh*t. Because they asked the video ref to look at it. Nothing happened.

Wigan did try their best with out him. From there, we new that bulls had a better team. Next season the lads will be 100%, wigan will have a good game against them.

i just read in the paper that the stupid scum could get up 2 5 years in prison!!! i bet he only gets 18 months!!!

Actually, the maximum sentence is 5 years. But he won't get that because he pleaded guilty.

I was told its most likely he'll get 6 months. Taking him up to March which is coincidentally when play offs start again.

I know in australia they take slamming somebody's head into the ground really seriously and pryce didnt even get penalised instead they scored a try! How did Kirkpatrick get referee of the year?
After Carney went there didnt seem to be any spirit left in th team!
But at least he is going to play for GB whilst (hopefully) pryce gets to sit in prison for a long time!

I dont think its fair that just because he plays rugby (violently) his trial should have been postponed for this length of time. Although what he did to Brian certainly proves that he did intentionally harm him and so probably did it to the salfrord man too.
He should never be out in time for the play offs if there is any justice!
