I agree with oval balls - Wigan Robin Park or Wigan Riverside or better still (and contentious) Wigan Warriors Robin Park/Wigan Warriors Riverside

That's definitely a none starter meds far to many obstacles regarding size/planning ect
It can be done, the club has been given an estimate of around £30m. Planning permission may be a stumbling block though.

Planning is not only issues it involves the lands suitability to build stadium on
