I'd go with that. Although not sure about Hampshire coming straight in in front of Cust, but I like Cust as an interchange hooker. I'd go with Powell in the side and no ONeil.
its only a choice of if you include O'Neill or not either way Powell has never been dropped when fit and i cant see that changing

Shorrocks in the halves again, not that impressed with team selection be honest but peet should know what he’s doing so hope he proves me wrong. Bench lacking some size, I’d of had Hill at least on the bench. See how we go I suppose

He didn’t. Stuck with Shorrocks when specialist alternatives were available and played Thornley no doubt because he put in some effort last week. Not sure what his alternatives with that one but if there were any you pick the best players not be all nice and pick a donkey because he tried hard last week.

Faz and hastings played well together and then last season cust and faz linked well at times.Unfortunately this hasnt happened this season due to custs lack of form albeit through injury

I think Faz's angles may be due to coaching/tactics as Isa and KPP have been running the same lines. Think Peet may be wanting to use the centres more now that we have got a decent couple of players in that position.

On what basis does Cust get in the 17? He was absolutely awful on Friday and certainly no better than Powell or O'Neil.

I disagree that his poor form is down to injury. Wigan are trying to fit a square peg into a round whole. There is no excuse for his defensive effort on Friday, I suspect Austin will be rubbing his hands if he is selected in the cup-tie.
