Re: Saints v Wire
It would be nice for Mr Lenagan if it was a Wigan v Saints final with the same outcome for his first Grand Final in 2010
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Have to say thought saints where very poor today granted the weather was not great but still fingers crossed for catalan friday
Re: Saints v Wire
They weren't great, but Wire never looked capable of winning the game in a million years.
Re: Saints v Wire
But if the implication is that Cats would be an 'easier' opponent than Saints (assuming we get past HKR, of course), I'm not sure about that. I don't think there's much in it. Other than Saints would bring a lot more support, obviously.
Re: Saints v Wire
They are a proper champion team, dont play well but still find a way to win
