My understanding is that Leeds can't cover the away end due to the closeness to the houses behind.
However, they could have made the East Stand opposite for away supporters.

They could put up some sort of a portable gazebo type structure that can be put up & down on the western terrace if there is bad weather, or not!
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan
