Just found my tickets in the folder with loads of Ukrainian girls wanting to meet up with me and a company offering me tablets in exchange for African manhood.

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Hadn't received the email with my client reference number on it.

Called this morning and yes was on hold for 50+ minutes, purely due to call volumes.

Once I got through staff member was really helpful and all sorted now.

👍 To the ticketing office staff.

Heh, thanks! I'm onto Stage 2 now! :D I sent this to the club tonight:

Hi,

I received the email from the Ticket Office with my Penrith ticket attached, thank you.

But I read recently that if you want a physical season ticket for this season, you need to tell the club ASAP, so I would like to so request now. I am on Auto Renewal, and have been for some years.

I might also add that I wonder if the new ticketing regime brought in by the club will see the end of Auto Renewal?

The client reference on the Penrith email was 1701. i don't know if this is significant, or if it replaces the old Client Code.

So hoping for some further clarity now.
