Re: Las Vegas meet up
We've got tickets to a baseball game Friday afternoon and Ice Hockey Sunday evening.
'Las Vegas College Baseball Classic', back row of block CL212 if anyone fancies joining for a beer.
Vegas Golden Knights vs. New Jersey Devils, went for nose bleed Hyde Lounge access.

Went to baseball in San Diego the other month, Padres vs White Sox. Never again. Not for me. It was free and that was too much....
Penn and Teller for us on the Sunday night.

Yes,
don't do what I did and start applying for another ESTA for this year without realising they're valid for 2 years, then realising but being told the previous ESTA for last year is now cancelled as you started applying for a new one, big D'oh as Homer would say plus if as Rads intimated we go again next year it'll still be good for then. Are people doing other cities whilst there, we're doing Brisbane to San Francisco to LA to Vegas and home. Vegas is Blackpool on steroids, LA stinks of wacky baccy and apparently San Francisco is a bit boring after Alcatraz and Golden gate Bridge, this time we're taking a flight over the Grand Canyon as I didn't get to do it last year, the zip line up Fremont St is awesome, proper looking forward to it again, I said last year that Wigan should go and if neither Wigan or Brisbane dont go I wouldn't go but as Michael Barrymore used to say "Strike it lucky".

I always knew that I liked this place, you don't have to look to far to find a friendly face, I feel alive when I'm walking on this street, I feel the heart of this city pounding underneath my feet, yeah if the world keeps spinning round and round this is were it all goes down, down, down, THAT'S WHY I LOVE THIS TOWN!.

My favourite US cities are San Diego and Scottsdale. San Diego especially, probably been a dozen times, only going to Vegas cos of the Rugby, LA is take it or leave it, but I prefer getting out of tourist traps and into real America. Lucky to have a lot of friends over there and visit a couple of times a year for work.
