The Bench: Kris Radlinski

Post by josie andrews »

Jenna and Jon are joined this week by Wigan Warriors CEO Kris Radlinski who chats about how he's working to keep Wigan at the top of world rugby league, about his side's trip to Las Vegas and gives his thoughts on the Super League's salary cap.

Thanks Josie,
Really enjoyed that. The growth in Rads over the last 10 or so years is so impressive.

I’ve said that exact same thing Brian. Told his Mum several times over the years the difference in Kris is remarkable.

He’s gone from the shy young player to a mature, eloquent & articulate speaker.

Very proud of him 😊

Agree. Kris speaks well and is passionate about our sport. It’s to be hoped that the leaders from other clubs watch the interview. They may possibly take on board the suggestions he has about how the game might go forward. I dare to dream! Good to hear Wilkin backing up what Kris had to say about the salary cap.

If it's not about him I think he gets jealous and tries to make himself into some kind of 'controversial' pundit so he will be talked about instead, I would watch more of the podcasts rather than just some snippets they have on the other site, but can't bring myself to do it as Wilkin tries to take over the whole thing rather than it being about who they are talking to
