Did San Francisco last Thursday and Friday, in LA until Thursday, went to LA kings v Las Vegas tonight and just got back, doing Disney tomorrow, then Thursday driving over for the afternoon and getting ready for the evening with NRL fantasy and Fremont St, it was great last year and hopefully it'll be as good if not better this year, regards NZ Warriors, I bumped into a fan at Alcatraz of all places.
I always knew that I liked this place, you don't have to look to far to find a friendly face, I feel alive when I'm walking on this street, I feel the heart of this city pounding underneath my feet, yeah if the world keeps spinning round and round this is were it all goes down, down, down, THAT'S WHY I LOVE THIS TOWN!.

O’Neill: A great opportunity

* Brad O’Neill has commented on a ‘great opportunity’ to head to Las Vegas with the Club, working with the corporate team.

* O’Neill: “I’m excited to go to Vegas first of all to experience that but I was so excited to see what goes on behind scenes.”

* The Warriors hooker is continuing his recovery from an ACL injury and will take on tan off-the-field role in the United States.

BRAD O’NEILL WILL HELP SUPPORT THE CORPORATE TEAM IN LAS VEGAS AS HE CONTINUES HIS RECOVERY FROM AN ACL INJURY SUFFERED IN JULY 2024, HE EXPLAINS.

Explaining his role on the trip, Brad O’Neill said: “I’m going over with a corporate team doing stuff for the fans and the sponsors. It’s something that I’m looking forward to, getting involved in that side of things and still be able to feel like it’s an opportunity – even though I’m not playing, I can learn and understand what goes on behind the scenes.

“I’m excited to go to Vegas first of all to experience that but I’m also excited to see what goes on behind scenes, understanding how much it means to the Club and the experience of a Vegas atmosphere from the fans.”

He added: “I had a bit of a taste of it last year doing stuff for the Grand final but obviously this is a whole new level in terms of how big it’s going to be, at the other side of the World in the Capital of entertainment so it’s pretty exciting. I’ve heard thousands of Wigan Warriors fans going over, so to experience them over there until there are exciting.”

Brad O’Neill will get around with the likes of Shaun Wane, Martin Offiah MBE, and Denis Betts during their time in Las Vegas: “It’ll be good to get around with them and catch up with them. They’re very different people when I’ve spoken to them but they all have great personalities in their own way.

“It’ll be a good insight to watch how they do their thing, they like to tell a good story so I’m quite excited to see how they handle themselves and learn a thing or two from them too.”

Updating on his injury recovery so far, he said: “I’ve learnt a lot about myself in these past six months since my injury, about my body getting better, in the gym, running technique and I’ve been really improving on that type of stuff in the past 6-months.

“I’m still looking forward to the next couple of months now, getting back in full training, getting fitness back and looking forward to playing again.”

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan
