Yes, which means next season Saints will have five overseas players (the quota is four) and room to sign one more on-quota player if they wish.Hmmm now hasn't samoa been exempt from the International quota????
As with Bradford who have eight (yes eight) overseas players next season they are doing the domestinc game a great service. NOT.
