All THIS SLAGIN OFF IS PLAYIN INTO THE HANDS OF ALL THOSE BITTER FOOTBALL FANS. GET BEHIND THE TEAM AND SUPPORT THEM. THEY WONT GO DOWN AS LONG AS THE SUPPORTERS KEEP SHOUTIN ON THE TERRACES. BEIN NEGATIVE IS MAKIN IT WORSE. :eusa2:

Sorry but we are all entitled to a better effort than we are seeing and there is absolutely nothing wrong with letting the players know that we are not happy with their dismal displays of late.

In terms of support, I think that bearing in mind what is being dished up as rugby our support is unbelieveable. Equally unbelieveable are posts exhorting us to even greater efforts. It's the team that needs to try harder, not us.

all were askin for is what looks like some kind of effort from all the players instead of just one or two, you can't expect the young players to play well every game. i thought danny orr gave a 110% today and everyone should give him a bit of respect.

Too true. Simple fact is that the team are not worthy of the support they get week in week out.
If any of us had paid our £14 to get into a theatre, cinema or restaurant today, we'd have stormed out and demanded our money back.

The players should be feeling a lot worse themselves than the fans dofor the way they are playing. After all, it's their careers on the line.

As those there will know, the boos were quashed at full time by people clapping the players (I was one of the clappers - they didn't deserve it but they need to know we're behind them). I may well have read it wrong, but some of them actually looked remorseful after the way they had played and the support they received.

It obviously isn't enough but it may well help the lads mentally in the future rounds
