they have to be JPEG,GIF or PNG and no bigger than 64x64. If you still have problems, email me your image at mike@wigan-warriors.com and I will put it in your profile for you. Some other people have experienced problems with this, and I haven't got round to fixing it yet.

64x64?

No wonder I couldn't get mine on.

I've got it to 96x96 as it says underneath the upload box!
