I know there is another thread about tonights refs performance, but the following is so serious, that I think it warrants a seperate posting.
Friend of mine at the game has a receiver that picks up the transmissions from refs and touch judges.
On the 60th minute, the 4th official told the ref not to give any penalties to Wigan as they had received 6 on the trot and not to give any more until Cas had been given a couple.
If this is true and can be proved it needs to be in the RL press. Simple as that. KK should have ignored the 4th official.

Like I said, next time I see him I'll get the details.
I'm not one for my next door neighbours best friend told me rumours. This person has had this scanner for a few season and often lets us know what's been said and done.
If you chose not to believe, then that's your choice, but why would I make it up?

You have to be careful with rumours without the evidence and full facts else you may find yourself in Court for Liable.

It's a user off rlfans called Pie Eyed who had the scanner.

The Calderwood penalty was given for shoulder-charging the legs of the man in the air with the ball.

Don't even think of saying "you're wrong", because I listen to EVERYTHING that the ref (and the other officials) says on a scanner.

On another note, Kirkpatrick gave us 5 penalties on the trot in the second half (all legitimate), until the 4th official told him just after 60 minutes to "stop giving Wigan penalties - You've given them 5 on the bounce" and was "advised" to even the count up, as it was "psychological" against Cas.

So whoever said that he is not there to even it up - You're wrong (at least according to the 4th official who is telling him what to do and marking him on it.

The point is it is not true and cannot be proved and old stager like yourself should know better than to post, ".....let's go runing to the press!"

listen buddy, though it can't be proven wrong, you cant automatically say it isn't true. just because something cant be proven to be true doesnt mean it didnt happen eg moon landing, ghosts, UFOs

i also know that these could be purchased a few seasons ago at the CC finals so that the fans could hear exactly what the ref said. you also got a little sheet showing you all the hand signals shwon by the ref and what they mean.
