richard ashcroft?

didnt someone at the begining of the season say that he would be coming to the jjb to perform? step forward the one who said this! we have had some pants entertainment this season (i like the blues bros myself) but tonight on TV i saw 'the bands 06' album advertised and his song is on it 'break the ngiht with colour'. weill he be performing at the jjb?

I have in the past mentioned the prospect of the legend that is Mr Richard Ashcroft doing a gig pre-match, instead of the walkabout girls and the THEN topic of "Maurice in a thong" threads.

Yes scares me the amount of people that comment on that and makes me question the clientele we have on here! :conf:

it was me who said he might be performing at jjb. When i went watching him in preston he said he is going to perform at jjb if he gets permission

they can host things such as gigs and boxing now apparently
when did they get it? it was in observer a few months ago about ashcroft wanting to do a gig there and they couldnt as they dont have a entertainment licence. it would be good if they do get one.
