Travelling there and back on the same day, game finishes at 5pm so get home for half-past 8.
Bloody hell how fast do you go?
It's only just over 200 miles, mostly motorway, and traffic won't be that bad. I'm looking to do it in 3 hours max.

Never have; never will!

There won't be any problem getting away from the ground, with something like a 4 or 5k crowd (mostly Wiganers!).
200 miles at 80 mph is 2.5 hours, add half an hour for non-motorway each end. Easy.

(for any speed cameras watching, I really meant to say 70...)

I bet I get my first post on here not much later than 8.00!

Well, actually 4 hours ish... took 3n half on way home, clear motorway on M6 toll, and keeping up with the Binders at 90mph cuts the time down also

I was bored and tired, thought why not tag along, get home quicker... I usually do 75-80mph (over the limit I know, but who doesnt on an empty motorway on a long journey?

Good luck. Watch out for the speed cameras on the toll road. They are just on the bridge were the services are and its a blindish bend leading up to it. I've seen loads of folk get caught. Also be aware that boy racers use the toll road at night for racing sopolice presence might be higher than you think
