All else aside, will Mason be picked for the final. As a thug he has had his day. Kidwell killed off the inigma. Hock proved how easy it is to dump him on his ass. He bombed so many catches. Noble dropped gleason. won't oz do likewise and claim it is to preserve the peace. O kangaroo court is right. On the Long incident specsavers could go a bundle down under. HC
Wifes comments. Has the incredable hulk now become the jolly green giant? every ball mason dropped was with his right hand!!! was fieldens jaw harder than the dand that hit it??
I am as annoyed with the ban as anyone, he should've missed the rest of the comp as well as been sent off in that game, however it is not just the aussies that have ruled on his punishment. There are equal numbers from each nation involved in the process. If it was just up to the Aussies he probably would have gotten off with nothing so i'm not saying the Aussies were didn't have a hand in him only getting one week but there would've had to have been agreement from both the Kiwis (who don't like Mason) and the GB members of the panel.

He will be picked. Mason is somewhat of a protected species down here. There's not many supporters who think much of him but he can do no wrong in the eyes of Ricky Stuart who is just as bad as Mason. If the Aussies really wanted to win games, dropping Mason would be the best way to go about it, but the selectors and coaching staff are too blind to see that.

He also has the ability to win games for Australia it just depends how he plays. He is similar to Newton in that he is talented but sometimes struggles to kerb his temper.
