That doesn't make any difference. He's already signed for Wigan, so he'll only go to Gold Coast if Wigan decide he can. And I can only see that happening if the Richards going to Leeds in exchange for Bailey rumour, and the Hape to Wigan rumour, both turn out to be true. And there doesn't seem to be any movement on either of these yet.

Why would we want another winger, we've got two specialists and plently of cover on the wings? We need centres and props! Seems like a stupid move to me to swap a centre (who isn't really even a center) for a winger who clearly has some sort of psychological problems when his team's back is against the wall.

Even if Bailey did try to back out of his contract, we would surely want to swap him for one of GOld Coasts prop forward signings, or perhaps a different centre?

i didnt say that carney would be coming back to wigan, just that he would be coming home, but we would need a winger if richards is going to leeds, then still have money under the cap for a new forward if wigan release bailey from his contract.

Interviewer: So that obviously means that you're not going to St Helens and you're not going to Leeds?

Frano: I don't know why I would ever want to go to St Helens or Leeds
