simple answer dont we have in goal touch judges cant they tell us if the ball went over the syicks and the flag wavers watch the onside offside

There is only one in-goal official and two posts, so no.

On a kick at goal the referee will stand on the blind side of the kicker. The players behind him will be furthest away from where the ball will end up and, therefore, highly unlikely to be involved in play.
