Erm, Rob I can tell you now a certain Mr Ganson craves attention. There are 2 types of referee IMO. Those with a GOd complex and those with a passion but inability to play sport.

Not all refs are like this, but Ganson certainly is and would remain so irrespective of his chosen profession.
